The Company

Santa Maria Travels & Tours Co., Ltd., has been founded since 1996, after the Ministry of Hotels & Tourism ended its monopoly pose and opened to public sector in the year 1992, officially granted as an authorized travel agent & tour operator under a license number of KHA/0629. Before the company was established to handle all-market oriented agency, there were two other former companies namely "White Horse" & "World Air Services" where the former one had solely marketed to Europe & North America and the later one was to Asia since the public sector was initiated. As the tourism in public sector was instigated for only a decade ago, all the Myanmar travel agencies have had a few years of experiences, and we are also one of them among the over 600 Yangon-based travel agents. However, the newly merged company has been participating in the tourism with the pool of well experienced professionals possessing substantial industry knowledge gained over the years accelerated from the time when the company was accomplished as two. Today, the company operations team is staffed with highly trained enthusiastic, energetic, and skillful graduated youngsters being steered by the industry expertise resourceful management lineup creating a good reputation of the company through the unique services fulfilled to the customers.
