Price Policy: Santa Maria travels & tours does utmost to maintain the prices shown but we reserve the right to increase or decrease any price shown at any time without limitation, in which case you will be advised of the revised price at the time of booking. Once you have made your booking and paid a deposit, we guarantee that we will not revise the price.
The prices listed in this website are intended for internet sales only and in case of wholesaler or group tours, should inquire us for special discounted rates.

Cancellation & Refund: Should you or any tour member need to cancel, please advise us prior 26 days to the arrival date to Myanmar. The cancellation is not recognized if not received by mail or fax. The deposit will not be refunded unless the cancellation is not received 26 days prior to the arrival date to Myanmar or bill the full amount as charged by the concerned hotels and airlines.

Tour Conditions: Santa Maria Travels & Tours Co., Ltd, herein as tour operator, is not concerned with any flight cancellation, date, flight number and time changes as well as changes in other transportation services such as bus, government boat, cruise and train etc. The tour operator also reserved the right to alter the itinerary in any land route due to unforeseen circumstances, but will do the best to maintain the original content of the tour. Travel insurance is not included in any of our tours or services. If a customer/passenger/tourist may argue to discontinue the tour or trying to reroute the agreed itinerary or broke out from the prearranged itinerary and all other tour services after commencing the tour is not responsible by Santa Maria Travels & Tours Co., Ltd and those extra expenses must be borne by that customer/passenger/tourist and will not be refunded for not discontinuing or alternation of the contracted itinerary and services.

Liabilities: Santa Maria Travels & Tours Co., Ltd acts as an intermediary between concerned airlines, hotels, railway services, bus operators, cruise liners, car rental services, and any of government or private sector transportation providers. Therefore, Santa Maria Travels & Tours Co., Ltd is not Liable for any loss, injury, death, damage, delay, omission, alternation of carriers, accident, and nonperformance which may be caused within or outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be borne by the customers. Participation in our tour implies the customers' agreement to the above terms & conditions.
